How to pay
Bank transfer in US dollars is our preferred method and carries no surcharge. Card payments are accepted through a secure hosted page and carry the processor’s fee.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned by the same route the payment arrived, within 14 working days. Bank charges on international transfers are not refundable.
Park fees
Tanzania National Parks fees are paid in advance on your behalf and are non-refundable once lodged, regardless of when you cancel.
